The ORKAI process

Sample products in our atelier. Built next in yours.

These are ORKAI signature pieces, shown in our house colors and branding. Before any full program is commissioned, we produce sample pieces in your club’s chosen leather, hardware, and palette — each one hand-finished at our atelier so the committee can touch, wear, and approve the direction before the final run is made.

Fully bespoke golf shoes, made in Italy.

A separate atelier program, reserved for a handful of clubs each season. Made-to-order for Member-Member and Member-Guest events — sourced and hand-finished in Italy in full-grain leather, exotic skins, club tartans and house colors. Numbered, registered to the member, and never repeated. For those who lead.

01 · Commission

A private consultation with the club — last, leather, lining, sole profile, monogram, and the story the pair should carry.

02 · Italy

Cut, lasted and finished by our Italian workshop. Hand-painted patinas, Goodyear welt, replaceable spikes. Ten to twelve weeks.

03 · Delivered

Numbered, signed, and presented in a leather shoe trunk — in time for the Member-Member or Member-Guest weekend.
