Licensed Collections
Official marks, atelier standard.
A golf and travel line in your identity, at craft level and partner speed, without building the category yourself. We don't ask partners to sell our brand. We build yours.
Licensed Collections — The Program
ORKAI™ manages the complete program in-house — concept, sampling, production oversight, retail presentation, and reorder support — through a manufacturing partnership refined over eight years. Partners launch premium golf and travel collections with a single point of accountability.

What a rights-holder asks before approval.
ORKAI™ manages the complete program in-house — concept, sampling, production oversight, retail presentation, and reorder support — through a manufacturing partnership refined over eight years. Partners launch premium golf and travel collections with a single point of accountability.
- Can this product be private-labeled?
- Yes. Licensed work is produced to the rights-holder's brand standard — approved marks, Pantone-matched colorways, mandated labeling and, where required, numbered certificates of authenticity for limited editions.
- What materials and hardware are available?
- Tour-grade PU leather as standard, with full-grain and exotic-embossed leathers (ostrich, croc-emboss, pebble) available on commission. Marine-grade thread, water-resistant linings, and antique-brass, polished-gold, gunmetal or matte-black hardware. Branding is applied by blind deboss, foil emboss, embroidery, woven label, or cast metal plate.
- What is the typical minimum quantity?
- Licensed collections start at 100 pieces per style, per colorway. Limited numbered editions can be produced from 25 pieces where the program is positioned as a collector release.
- How long does sampling and production take?
- Digital design proofs in 3–5 business days, a physical sample in approximately 3–4 weeks after proof approval, and production in roughly 8–12 weeks after sample sign-off. Timelines tighten for repeat programs and reorders working from an approved pattern.
- Can matching golf and travel products be developed?
- Yes. ORKAI is built around matching golf and travel programs — a stand or cart bag paired with a duffle, garment bag, roller, dopp kit, valuables pouch, trunk organizer and headcovers, all cut from the same leather and hardware set so the collection reads as one family.
- Is this appropriate for clubs, resorts, tournaments or corporate gifting?
- Yes — teams, leagues, events, associations, and brand collaborations. Artwork use requires written rights approval before sampling begins; ORKAI does not reproduce marks a client cannot document rights to.
- How does a buyer request a quote?
- Send your brief through the ORKAI contact form or write to atelier@orkai.life with quantity, product mix, colors and any artwork you already have. You receive a written quote with pricing, sampling cost and a production calendar — normally within two business days.
