Concept
We work from your brief, brand book or a reference piece. Digital design proofs in 3–5 business days, with materials, hardware and branding method specified.

Sampling
A physical sample in approximately 3–4 weeks after proof approval. Revisions are expected — the pattern is signed off before anything is produced at volume.

Production
Roughly 8–12 weeks after sample sign-off, from 100 pieces per style, per colorway. Quality control photography before shipment.

Retail Presentation
Hangtags, interior labels, dust bags, cartons and product photography prepared so the collection is ready for a shelf or a line sheet, not just a warehouse.

Reorder Support
Approved patterns are held on file. Repeat runs skip sampling and move on a shorter calendar, with consistent leather and hardware sourcing.

- Can this product be private-labeled?
- Yes — that is the core of this program. ORKAI produces complete golf and travel collections under your brand: your logo, your colorways, your interior labels, your packaging, and no ORKAI marking on the product unless you request it.
- What materials and hardware are available?
- Tour-grade PU leather as standard, with full-grain and exotic-embossed leathers (ostrich, croc-emboss, pebble) available on commission. Marine-grade thread, water-resistant linings, and antique-brass, polished-gold, gunmetal or matte-black hardware. Branding is applied by blind deboss, foil emboss, embroidery, woven label, or cast metal plate.
- What is the typical minimum quantity?
- Private-label production starts at 100 pieces per style, per colorway. Pilot programs of 25–50 pieces are considered when the collection is intended to scale.
- How long does sampling and production take?
- Digital design proofs in 3–5 business days, a physical sample in approximately 3–4 weeks after proof approval, and production in roughly 8–12 weeks after sample sign-off. Timelines tighten for repeat programs and reorders working from an approved pattern.
