Privacy policy.

When you fill in a form on our site, we keep what you type: your name, email, phone number, what you're shopping for, your budget, and any notes you add.

For orders and custom designs, we keep the details you share — colours, crests, measurements, shipping address, and the brief you give our designers.

We also collect basic site usage data, such as which pages are visited and how people found us.

We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people who have visited our site. Meta may collect data from the site and use it under Meta's own privacy policies.

You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, and most browsers let you block or delete cookies.

To reply to your inquiries, design and deliver your orders, send emails you asked for, and measure and improve our advertising.

Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link. Click it and we'll stop.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site, email, payments, shipping, and advertising — and only what they need to do that work.

We keep your information for as long as we need it to complete your order and reply to you, and a bit longer for records we're required to keep. After that, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no online service is perfectly secure — so we limit who can see it and how it's stored.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email concierge@orkai.life and we'll help.
